Seferihisar is a charming coastal town and a district of the same name in the province of Izmir, western Turkey. Steeped in history, the region stretches along the southern Aegean coast of the Cesme Peninsula and is world-renowned primarily as Turkey’s first official "Cittaslow" (Slow City). Here, the focus is consciously placed on slowing down the pace of life, sustainable living, and preserving local culture. The actual town center lies about 5 kilometers inland, while the entire district covers an area of 375 km². Seferihisar is located approximately 45 kilometers southwest of the metropolis of Izmir and boasts a coastline stretching around 49 kilometers, featuring numerous picturesque bays.
We have acquired one of the most beautiful properties directly at the seaside and are building a Holiday Residence Park with 20 modern tiny houses, each 40m2, fully equipped, on 5,000m2 of land.
