So-called "Tiny Houses" are currently becoming an absolute trend, especially in Central Europe, where apartments and houses in and near metropolitan areas have become unaffordable. These small houses particularly appeal to the zeitgeist of the younger generation, who are happy with smaller living spaces, but are especially happy about the low costs and the quick construction time. Tiny Houses are sustainable and environmentally friendly. At a time when the world suffers from excessive resource consumption, this new living concept offers a solution that encourages us to think smaller and live larger.
Turkey is one of the leading manufacturers of such residential modules, which come in countless variations and with a wide variety of features. However, a high quality standard applies here just as much as in classic residential construction.
Together with Immovalliance Regensburg, we have set ourselves the task of presenting tiny houses from Turkish producers specifically on the German market from autumn 2024 and offering complete solutions. This ranges from planning, equipment, production and delivery to financing. Of course, we also take care of the selection of plots of land and all official requirements and permits. Here we are initially concentrating on the Regensburg region and the surrounding area.
There are also plans to build a number of tiny house residential parks, which will offer additional facilities in addition to the residential units, including a fitness center, a shared laundry room, an e-kiosk, a children's playground and garages.
